About Automotive Schools
The Automotive Industry — all aspects of it — is opportunity driven. There are entry level positions in virtually all areas — and opportunities abound for learning, growth and career changes without leaving behind the skillsets you’ve gained.
As the owner of this company, this property and the things now compiled here, I would like to see these collections be used in developing an automotive and even an aviation school.
Not just any school, though, a school that actually teaches all things automotive — from the perspective of someone who loves and understands cars as well as the automotive world that comprises it.
As a lifelong collector of all things both automotive and aviation — particularly those historically significant — there is virtually no aspect of classic and antique automobiles, muscle cars and hot rods — even rat rods — in which I have NOT been involved.
I began learning about how to work on cars when I was about ten. My father’s car failed and he needed it. He purchased the part and I replaced it. I was hooked.
I would spend the rest of my life involved with cars.
Buying: check. Selling: check. Running dealerships for the dealership owners: check. Owning dealerships: check. Independent auto sales: check. OEM and NOS parts: check. Restorations: check. Collecting: CHECK!!
I loved every minute of it.
I never stopped learning. I never stopped restoring and I never stopped collecting. To me, automobiles were my ticket to success and I lived for the opportunities the business afforded me to not only make a good living but indulge my passion for learning and advancing — and I want to share that expertise with others that share my passion for cars, trucks, boats, planes and virtually everything else engine driven.
I’d like to see others have as much fun as I did in my 82 years of living — and I don’t see an end in sight!
What’s next on my radar? That’s an easy one: flying cars.
